Team Member
As a Team Member, you provide prompt and courteous customer service, handle all types of store transactions, and maintain a clean and pleasant work environment. You need energy, an excellent work ethic, a great attitude, and a smile.
Your typical job responsibilities include:
- Welcoming all customers with a greeting and a smile
- Give fast, friendly customer service

- Restock cooler doors, freezers
- Stock hot dog roller grills
- Put up merchandise order

Car Wash Attendants
Our car wash attendants ensure the smooth operation of our car washes, so that each wash is of the highest quality.
Your typical job responsibilities include:
- Wash and dry cars
- Focus on quality and consistency
- Dealing with customers
- Cash register operation

- Maintain a clean and pleasant work environment
Role
Car Wash Manager
The car wash manager is responsible for all areas of the car wash operation and reports to the convenience store manager. The car wash manager develops and maintains a team to insure outstanding customer service. The car wash manager is “hands-on” in the operation at all times ensuring that the employees are properly trained/coached and that our customers are satisfied with the entire car wash experience. The Manager is mechanically inclined, has a passion for customer service, and is a natural leader.
The job duties of a car wash manager include but not limited to:
- Training employees
- Hiring and firing employees
- Scheduling
- Tracking and reconciling washes to sales
- Minor maintenance on car wash equipment
- Outside and inside maintenance
- Ordering chemical and reporting chemical inventory levels
- Clean equipment and car wash bay
- Keep employees busy
- Properly staffing for busy times
- Watching labor hours
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Payroll-Time cards
Role
Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for working together with the store manager to accomplish store objectives. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, dependable, and be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a great attitude.

As a Simonson Station Store Manager, you are responsible for all store operations. Your key job responsibilities include customer service, employee staffing and training, foodservice, merchandising, marketing, financials, and analyzing daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
An ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong people, management, and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills such as email and word processing
- A valid driver's license and adequate transportation
- Self motivation with a strong desire to succeed
